List Of Samsung Galaxy Devices That’ll Get 3 Years Of Android Updates

At its Unpacked event, where Samsung announced its Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra, it also confirmed three years of Android updates for some of the Galaxy devices.

Today, the company has listed the devices that will receive three Android updates as opposed to its prior update policy of offering just two major Android updates. Importantly, Samsung has been selective in this decision as not all Galaxy devices will receive three years of updates.

Samsung has released a list of devices that will get 3 major Android updates.

Samsung Galaxy S Series: Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, S20 Ultra, S20+ 5G, S20+, S20 5G, S20, S10 5G, S10+, S10, S10e, S10 Lite and upcoming S series devices.

Samsung Galaxy Note Series: Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, Note 20 Ultra, Note 20 5G, Note20, Note 10+ 5G, Note 10+, Note10 5G, Note 10, Note 10 Lite and upcoming devices in Note series devices.

Galaxy Fold Series: Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G, Z Fold 2, Z Flip 5G, Z Flip, Fold 5G, Fold and upcoming devices in Galaxy Z series.

Galaxy A Series: Galaxy A71 5G, A71, A51 5G, A51, A90 5G & upcoming devices in Galaxy A Series.

Galaxy Tab S Series: Galaxy Tab S7+ 5G, Tab S7+, Tab S7 5G3, Tab S7, Tab S6 5G4, Tab S6, Tab S6 Lite & upcoming devices in Galaxy Tab S series.

Along with 3 years of major Android updates, these devices will also get regular security updates.
