Today, Xiaomi has officially entered the laptop market in India by launching the Mi Notebook 14 and Mi Notebook 14 Horizon edition through an online event.
The Mi Notebook series comes with high-end specifications at a reasonable price, putting Xiaomi ahead of the competition. The Mi Notebook 14 starts at a price of Rs 41,999; meanwhile, the Horizon edition starts at a price of 54,999.
Mi Notebook 14 Horizon specifications
The Mi Notebook Horizon offers an extremely sleek and slim design due to which it only weighs about 1.35 Kg. It comes with a 14-inch anti-glare Full HD display (1920×1080 pixels) and a 91% screen-to-body ratio.
The notebook is powered by the 10th Gen Intel i5 and i7 chips. On the storage front, the laptop offers 512GB SSD along with 8GB DDR4 RAM.
The Mi Notebook also suits the needs of movie enthusiasts and gamers alike. It comes with Nvidia Geforce MX350, stereo speakers, along with DTS audio processing app.
Xiaomi says the Mi Notebook offers up to 10 hours of battery life and can charge up to 50% within 35 minutes, thanks to the 1C charging tech. For wired connectivity, the laptop offers two USB 3.1 ports, a USB Type C port, and a USB 2.0 port.
Mi Notebook 14 Specifications
Mi Notebook 14 also follows a slim and sleek design; however, it weighs about 1.5 Kg. It comes in three variants — a 256GB SSD model, a 512GB SSD model, and a 512GB SSD option that comes with Nvidia Geforce MX250. The first two models come with Intel UHD Graphics 620.
All three variants of the Mi Notebook 14 are powered by the 10th Gen Intel i5 processor and offer 8GB DDR4 RAM.
Mi notebooks also come with the support of Mi Smart Share, which will enable fast file transfers between the laptop and the Xiaomi smartphones. Apart from that, people can use their Mi band to unlock the Xiaomi notebook.
Mi Notebook Price and Availability
Mi Notebook 14 256GB SSD storage variant is priced at Rs 41,999. The other two variants, 512GB SSD and 512GB SSD + Gefore MX250 are priced at Rs 44,999 and Rs 47,999, respectively.
Meanwhile, the Mi Notebook 14 Horizon edition is priced at Rs 54,999 for the Intel i5 variant and Rs 59,999 for the Intel i7 variant.
Mi Notebook 14 will be available on Amazon, Mi.com, and other partner platforms starting June 17th.
