2. Red Dead Redemption 2 (2018)
When it comes to open-world games, Rockstar definitely wears the crown because of its Grand Theft Auto games. However, Rockstar’s brilliance doesn’t restrict to GTA because the studio outdid itself by making Red Dead Redemption 2.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is an open-world action-adventure video that offers everything a gamer wants. A beautiful world, morally questionable protagonist doing good and bad deeds, and a lot of violence. The amount of detail developers has put in RDR2 is truly astonishing. For instance, in the game, the sound of a bullet fire changes according to the environment, which is quite amazing.

3. Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt (2015)
If Rockstar is the undisputed king for open-world games, CD Projekt Red takes the cake for Role-playing games. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt came out in 2015 to become one of the most beloved games of the decade. Like The Last Of Us, the unique selling point of The Witcher 3 is the story. The unending search of Geralt to find his adopted daughter Ciri glues you emotionally to the game.
To back the fascinating tale, CD Projekt Red included some of the best music tracks in Witcher 3. Moreover, the amazing sword combat compels you to go against all the monsters you see in that world. Here we are, back to another Rockstar game that is nothing but a Masterpiece. Of course, almost every Grand Theft Auto game has been absolutely wonderful. However, there’s something incredibly unique about Grand Theft Auto 5. For the first time, we get to play as three different characters in GTA, i.e., Franklin, Trevor, and Michael.
The ability to switch between characters in GTA 5 is definitely one of the best things that happened in Grand Theft Auto. Moreover, there’s no arguing the fact that the story of GTA 5 is everything we desire in Grand Theft Auto games. By playing Batman Arkham City, you actually feel and think like Batman. Besides the awesome storyline, the fact that made Arkham City one of the best games of all time is the combat.
Honestly, I wish to forget playing this game so that I could experience the brilliance of Batman Arkham City one more time. Be it voice acting, or graphics, or storyline, everything about Batman Arkham City is just perfect.

Unlike previous God of War games, this one steps foot into Norse Mythology.
The improved and amazing combat keeps you engaged in the game for hours. Also, you see the conflicts between Kratos and Atreus throughout the game, which to be honest makes you hate the son.
